We had 4 kids with different food preferences. They enjoyed the options and loved the decor (especially the big tree trunk table). Pizzas were delicious!

Excellently unconventional pizzas, excellently executed. I had the Thai Dye Pizza, a fusion between a typical pizza and southeast Asian flavors. I would HIGHLY recommend trying this wonderful creation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. The atmosphere is both fun and family-friendly. The food is exceptional.

Good place to go for pizza and a beer and not feel out of place. They have several beers on tap. The service was excellent and our waiter was very friendly and personable. I have been to four different Mellow Mushroom locations and I’ll say this one has the best service and best tasting pizza. We will definitely put this one on our list of places to eat when we return next year for our beach trip.

A great place to enjoy a pizza and more in a relaxed and laid back environment. I have yet to be disappointed by a menu item while ordering from Mellow Mushroom. I have visited locations in both coastal and western NC and find that the quality, atmosphere and service are as good regardless of altitude. Pesto bread is excellent; pizza dough is always fresh and a unique flavor I have only found at Mellow Mushroom. Good bar selection and staff always looks really tired from staying so busy, but no matter their sleep level, staff consistently provides excellent service and a well deserved nap.

This location has always been awesome to us. We get the mushroom pizza and pretzels nearly every time. We had a quality issue with one, we Sent a photo and they reimbursed us for the quality and the next week we ordered the same thing again and it was made perfectly! Always good service and quality. We love Mellow Mushroom!

We visited Mellow Mushroom in Wilmington after driving an RV from Houston, TX. We walked in as weary travelers and left as refreshed, highly-satisfied patrons. The staff was warm and inviting while Andy went that extra mile (no pun intended!). We felt like instant friends. He made exceptional recommendations from the menu by taking the time to ask about our likes and dislikes. He didn’t fail with a drink suggestion, either! Ha ha. Thank you, Andy, for turning our day right around!
